Return & Refund Policy

At JERSEYHUB, we aim to provide our customers with quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products can be returned, exchanged or refunded.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return or exchange in the following situations:

• Wrong product received.

• Wrong size received due to an error during order fulfilment.

• Product received damaged.

• Manufacturing defect.

• Product received is materially different from the product ordered.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective or incorrect products.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused and unworn.

• The product must be in its original condition.

• Original tags and packaging must be intact.

• The product must not have been washed.

• The product must not have been altered, customised or damaged by the customer.

• Proof of purchase/order details must be provided.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or exchange.

3. Size Exchange

Size exchanges may be available subject to product availability.

Customers must contact us before sending the product back.

The replacement size will be provided only if the requested size is available.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for products that:

• Have been worn or washed.

• Have been altered or customised.

• Have been damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

• Are missing original tags or packaging.

• Are returned after the applicable return period.

5. Return Request Process

To request a return or exchange, contact us with:

• Order number

• Customer name

• Registered mobile number or email

• Reason for return

• Clear photographs/videos of the product, where applicable

Our team may review the request and provide further return instructions.

6. Product Inspection

Returned products will be inspected after we receive them.

The return or exchange will be approved only if the product satisfies the applicable conditions mentioned in this policy.

7. Refunds

If a return is approved and a refund is applicable, the eligible refund amount will be initiated to the original payment method used for the order.

Refunds will not normally be made to a different payment method or third-party account.

8. Refund Timeline

Once the refund has been initiated, it may take approximately 5–7 working days to reflect in the customer's bank account or payment method.

The actual time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

9. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If an eligible cancellation is accepted after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

10. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, where separately charged, may not be refundable.

However, where the return is due to an error attributable to JERSEYHUB, such as an incorrect product being shipped or an eligible product defect, the applicable shipping amount may be considered for refund.

11. Failed Delivery / Refused Orders

If an order is returned to us because of:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Customer refusal to accept delivery

• Repeated failed delivery attempts

• Customer unavailability

any applicable shipping, return or re-dispatch charges may be deducted from the eligible refund amount.

12. Refund for Unfulfilled Orders

If JERSEYHUB is unable to fulfil an order after receiving payment due to product unavailability or another reason attributable to us, the applicable amount paid for the unfulfilled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
