Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At JerseyHub, every jersey is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive a high-quality product. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Customized Jerseys

Customized products (including name printing, number printing, sleeve patches, or any other personalization) are made specifically for you.

Therefore:

  • No returns.

  • No exchanges.

  • No refunds.

Please ensure that the name, number, size, and customization details are correct before placing your order.

Size Exchange

If you receive the correct product but require a different size, we offer a size exchange subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The jersey must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • The customer is responsible for returning the product to us.

  • A ₹200 exchange fee will be charged to cover shipping and handling.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Products that show signs of use, washing, damage, stains, perfume, or alterations will not be accepted for exchange.

Wrong Product or Manufacturing Defect

If you receive:

  • A wrong product; or

  • A product with a genuine manufacturing defect,

we will provide a free replacement or exchange.

To process your request, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • An unboxing video recorded from opening the sealed package

The unboxing video is mandatory for claims relating to wrong products or damaged items.

If the claim is verified, JerseyHub will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Customized products

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Customer refusal to accept delivery

Eligible issues will be resolved through exchange or replacement only, as per this policy.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • The product must not have any stains, odors, or damage caused after delivery.

JerseyHub reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

Please contact our customer support with:

  • Order Number

  • Registered mobile number

  • Reason for exchange

  • Supporting photos/videos (if applicable)

Our team will verify your request and provide further instructions.

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings and do not qualify as defects.

  • Minor variations in stitching, fabric texture, logo placement, or manufacturer updates may occur and are not considered manufacturing defects.

  • JerseyHub reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
