At JerseyHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Custom jerseys (with personalized name/number) cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

• Email jerseyhub25@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide return instructions within 24-48 hours.
• The return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item was defective.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of return approval.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available for size issues, subject to stock availability.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized/customized jerseys.
• Items that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
